Things seems to go well I think. The 4 weeks review with my manager went well, and I make good progress, in terms of work and interacting with colleagues.

And I got my first pay cheque! It's a bit more than I should expect though, because I do not have to pay tax until next April.

The only worry I have right now is if I can keep up for the next 2 months when my probationary period end. I am certain up till now I have been assigned with simpler jobs, and this is certainly going to change as time goes by.

Well... only time can tell......

Wow. My first Journal.

Well I am finally starting to work. It is a company that design and manufacture various experiment equipments, and I am joining as a junior engineer, and help revise designs, changing bit and pieces, etc.

Just had my first day. Lot of reading manuals, booklets etc, and doing a bit of revision on Solidwork program. To be honest, not much really went on today, and it will probably a while until induction period is over my real work begin.

Tomorrow is a short informal meeting between manufacturing staffs and development team, discuss production problem and solution. I will attend as well, and I was told, pretty soon I will be the one to represent the whole development team in this sort of meeting! hope this go well.

You might have notice I start drawing again after quite a while. THat's because I am starting to live outside home again. No more video games, models or Warhammer to play....

Well enough ranting. After all I need to got to work by 8am, need to sleep soon!
