Nina Wang from Mai-Otome.
The Robe she is wearing now is the one pictured on the front cover of the manga sequel "Mai-Otome: Arashi". There is a lot of major difference between this and the actual Robe she use in combat, so I decided to code it the "Elegence" Robe version (probably for party or formal gathering maybe?).
